Cambridge Carnival - Near-Cut (??) Punch Bowl Base

This punch bowl base is in a lovely marigold color. It stands about 5-1/2" high while the top diameter is 4-1/4" and the bottom has a diameter of 5-1/2 inches. I was told by the previous owner that it was a Cambridge near-cut pattern but my research did not confirm that. Any help in identifying this pattern would be appreciated. Although I think that this is a punch bowl base, it can also be used as a vase when turned upside down. It also would make a nice pedestal for a fruit bowl. It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or stains and it has a very nice coloring. I am asking $32.50 plus shipping and insurance for it.
