I Need a Replacement Shade and Chimney HELP

I bought a pair of lamps from my mother before she passed away. I don't know the make, but they were a beautiful pair of lamps. Our standard poodle knocked one over and broke the top shade and the chimney. I am looking for replacement parts, or will buy a lamp to replace this. Now that Mom is gone they mean even more to me. I hope someone out there can help or at least make a suggestion...Thanks Donna P.S. I took a picture of the surviving lamp, just send me an email and I will get it right out to you.
