Silvercrest Double Crimped Lamp Shade

I'm looking for a replacement for a Fenton Double Crimped Lamp Shade as I broke mine. It is approx. 6" x 3 1/2" with 2 1/4" base. I don't mind chips on the base but do want it clear of chips on the upper edge.
